We designed and developed a complete Locker Management System for a client whose business model is similar to a private locker service provider (bank-style lockers for city users). The system streamlines locker allocation, user management, payment tracking, and visit monitoring with advanced biometric integration.Core Functionalities• Locker Management All lockers are pre-configured within the system, allowing administrators to easily monitor availability, status, and assignments.• User Registration & Locker Assignment When a new customer enrolls, their complete profile is captured, including personal details, payment preferences (monthly / yearly plans), and unique fingerprint data for identity verification. Lockers are assigned based on user requirements.• Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint Integration) Integrated with a fingerprint scanning device to ensure secure user verification. Each visit is authenticated biometrically, eliminating impersonation risks.• Visiting History Tracking Every customer visit is automatically recorded after successful fingerprint verification, providing a detailed audit trail.• Payment & Ledger Management The system maintains a robust payment module where:Payments can be recorded manually

  • Ledger entries are created automatically
